We are a family owned and operated Texas BBQ Joint currently offering our pit smoked meats, home-style sides, Taste of Home take & bake meals as well as other local food treasures including spices, rubs, pickled veggies, sauces and soup kits. 

​Luke, also known as the Chief Fire Starter is slowly transitioning to tending fires full time.  For now, he works during the week and on Fridays & Saturdays, you'll find him with Betsy (the traditional off-set smoker he built) smoking Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Pork and ​our Gluten Free, 100% Beef Sausage!
