How much should I order?
We recommend 1/2 pound to 1 pound of meat per guest.
this is a Texas version of a non-Texas meat.
though I never had pulled pork growing up in Texas, I've been fortunate enough to try it since moving to Nova Scotia. keeping with traditional Texas style, we smoke our pork butts at least 12 hours so the bone slips right out of 'er!
we then hand pull and season with FireWorks Rowdy Red Pork Rub for a juicy pulled pork that hopefully makes our fellow Bluenosers proud!
